Same problem here.

First of all, sorry if my English is not the best since it´s not my main Language.
 
My Problem is, that i can´t pull over Cars properly.
I can mark them but a soon as i light them up, they just accelerate and drive away in a straight Line.
Ramming and driving thru and over everything in their Way.
No Matter if they want to stop or attempt to flee.
 
It only happens when i am the one who starts it.
If i join a Chase, everything works as it should.
 
Did anyone have the same Problem or maybe an idea how to solve this?

Thank you for your Help.
I solved it.
After Checking the Files and Checking it again....and again.....i´ve found out that i had the albo1125common File placed in the Plugin Folder, but not in the Main.
I Copied it into the Main Folder now, and let the other one in the Plugin Folder and now it runs.
I do read the Readme´s every Time, but i guess i don´t have read it careful enough this Time. 
 
So this Topic can be Closed :)

Did you put them in the GTAV DIRECTORY/Plugins folder or the GTA V DIRECTORY/Plugins/LSPDFR folder? They must be in the "LSPDFR" folder located inside the RPH "Plugins" folder. If this is the case, make sure to read the Readme's next time. :)

Alternatively, read the bundled documentation.
