    Well I think you will be fine on either.. I have no problems with RPH 32 other than some buggy window that won't close, but it doesn't effect gameplay..I think a fix is in the works.. Going back to 29 wouldn't hurt either.. It seems some people are having issues with RPH 32 and some aren't.. Also seems like some people are having issues with 29 up to 32, but everyone is different, so something they might have going on may not be what someone else has going on.. I say it's all preference at this point, if you aren't having any major issues, leave it where it is.  29 does seem to be more stable, you can always go back if it becomes an issue.. Again I have no issues running 32 other that what I mentioned above.
