i try to install the spotlight mod and it says theres a error and the same with dash cam so please help if you have any ideas im useing EFLC if tht matters.

els when its downloaded its not a file or anything and with the cars yea i do tht and theres no police cars in there they keep saying cannot create new file okay i got the cars down now thanx now i dont get the els thing

when i try to replace a car it says its not there to replace should i download the version of spark iv tht u provided or download openiv? thanx again also i tried to download the els and theres like nothing there it says i have to open with something so i dont understand at all the spark iv u provided i have installed now tht works

okay so i have lcpdfr installed no problems but i cant get els or any of the cars im new to this and i tried to ask a bunch of ppl for help but noone is answering. now when i download els it dosent come as a file or a folder i can open or drag its like nothing is there at all so if i can get help with tht maybe i need something else first idk? the other is getting all the cool police cars idk how to do those either please help thanx. i have gta eflc and i have lcpdfr and spark iv thats all i have downloaded.
