    HOW TO INSTALL: 
    1. Download BxBugs123 2011 CVPI: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/13898-2011-crown-victoria-cvpi-19l-els/ 
    2. Install BxBugs123 2011 CVPI. 
    3. Replace "police.ytd" (or change to the slot you use) with the one provided in the .zip file. 
    4. Launch GTA and enjoy!
