Hey there, I'm new to the website and mod as well and have been having the same issues. I have downloaded and correctly installed the entire mod TWICE over after following a youtube tutorial . Everytime I start the mod Rage Plug In Hook boots up fine with the LSPDFR plug in checked off, but when the game starts it's not reading the LSPDFR plug in. Also a thing I have found weird is that both times i have downloaded and started the mod it has worked perfectly once both times, then never works again... Weird stuff lol.

Don't know if the fella above me is having the same problem but it's really annoying.

    Thanks ahead for any replies/help.

I get this problem a lot. The police-station way of going on-duty is really unstable for me. (Probably from all the mods I have.) One way to go on-duty without using a police station is to run, jump, and quickly press F9. You'll spawn in a police uniform on-duty. You'll just have to spawn your vehicle with a trainer / RPH.
