Hey guys! I wanted to use RealityIV on EFLC but it didn't work on the direct folder of EFLC so I've put it on TBOGT. And now the Radiance mod doesn't work. How can I make both work for EFLC TBOGT?

When I re-textured some mod I saw there's something like led. I think its the lightbars, So you can find it and try. It should be in the WTD file.

Is there any special ELS mod for TBOGT? I tried to install regular ELS for GTA IV, It works for GTA IV cars but it doesn't work for the special cars from TBOGT. How can I make it work on the TBOGT special vehicles?

Yes I did it all. I will re-install the game and try again. I got realityIV, Should I put all files in TBOGT too? Works now thanks.

Try to find out a way to fix that on google. I know that there's Bug in Windows 7 that you can't make it not read only, Im too lazy to search for it :D

Try disabling the anti virus safe mode. It helped me.

I already read that. The problem is that I can't untick the read only. There's bug in Windows 7. Edit: Never mind, I solved the problem, it was my anti virus.
