So just to clarify you should have moved that Police Scanner folder to the main directory LSPDFR Folder and the rest under the dashed line, you should have moved into the LSPDFR Folder inside the Plugins Folder.
    You're welcome..

I will go through and call things out and if you could just fix em.. That will help.
first, that "Police Scanner" Folder than you have sitting in your Plugins Folder actually belongs in the LSPDFR Folder that is sitting in the main GTAV directory
I' ll keep checking your stuff in the meantime.

    Albo1125.Common.dll
    PoliceRadio.dll and PoliceRadio.ini
    TrafficPolicer.dll and TrafficPolicer.ini
    Simple Callouts.dll
    and the PoliceRadio Folder too
All those files above that are currently sitting in your Plugins Folder all need to be moved into that LSPDFR Folder that is sitting inside your Plugins Folder

In the Future, please read the ReadMe Files more carefully..

Using them in GTA Online may get you banned. Use of them in Singleplayer should be fine.
