I open the diagnostics tool and there are two things marked red, the system dependencies which says "failed to find x86 version of msvcr", and the other red is the log check which says "log files checked, see report for more details". Please help.

When I start gta iv the game launches fine but right before the game comes up the error csharp.engine.core pops up and when I press alt + P nothing happens. I tried automatic and manual install but the same error occurs. I am running gta iv on windows 10 and tried to run it on windows 7 compatibility but the error still comes up. I did everything i had to do before asking for support. I have been trying to get this to work for a while. Please help. Thanks! This is the log:
