cadillacgm got a reaction from TheBunk in LSPDFR 0.3 - November UpdateI don't mean to be a dick (sometimes online posts can come off that way) but I have been working at General motors for several years now and never once have we kept fans waiting for so long we always give rough Estimates like "Fall 2015". It's supper frustrating loving something that helps you unwind after long stressful days hearing about a sweet update then having to wait months on end with 0 end in sight. I know it's free but I would spend $200 on this in 2.5 seconds and so would many others but this turns me all the way off to wanting to do that. I feel like it would be putting money into something that may or may not happen (not saying it's not just how it feels). The game now crashes so much it's not even playable it would be nice to at least know some kind of release window even if it's 12 months away that way I know when I can expect to be able to play again. I fully understand missing deadlines and having people complain but this to me is way worse, a bunch of excited people being told "just wait stop asking so for a release date". Well most people who present upcoming things give some kind of of release date window, I would have just put it out when it was done instead of months and moths of little updates JS (wouldn't have people asking you the same thing over and over again either). And again i wasn't trying to be rude just find this way of doing things bit strange, have a blessed day and keep up the hard work. (side note: some of the best cars come from delayed release dates so remember that people when your waiting for your favorite things to come out)

cadillacgm reacted to Sam in LSPDFR 0.3 - Hot PursuitThis is the fifth part of our LSPDFR 0.3 preview series. For more information about the background behind 0.3, check out the previous installments here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/forum/880-news-updates/
While we've already added an amazing amount of cool new features to 0.3, an update to LSPDFR, or even LCPDFR, wouldn't truly be an update without some further refinement of the pursuit system. It is, in many ways, one of the largest and most important parts of the modification and with 0.3, we've been taking the time to make a number of small but noticeable improvements. From more cautious cops to more daring suspects, we think you'll really enjoy pursuits in 0.3.
And in a refreshing change - I think for this update, we'll let the pictures do the talking...
Allow me to quickly note as well. No, we don't have a release date for 0.3. Releasing a new version of LSPDFR is actually quite the mammoth of a task - one that you can't simply put a date on. We're putting out these previews as it is something that the majority of our fans asked for, and it gives us a great opportunity to get feedback on the modification as we develop it.
Will your game be rocking LSPDFR 0.3 soon? Absolutely, but we're not quite ready to define exactly when that will be.
