So i deleted dsound ran trouble shoot ing no errors ran gta charather froose when choosing car

When i used one it just freezes when i use only dsound i get black screen with option and it freezes there IM using 1.0.7.0

i can you give me Your asiloder?

I did reinstall it today

a car pack that contains 2 cop cars

So i installed a mod with cop cars, so then i installed it. Then i have no lights only sirens then i installed ELS. I cant get the pannel open i have LCPDFR 95r1

So i reinstalled gta iv cant use my lcpdfr account on lcpdfr and the game is patched and i cant change password on my lcpdfr account. i start gta and run it as admin then it stops working :/ Any options?
