LSCS CVPI Skin
-Recommended for F5544's Ford CVPI Sheriff (but not required).
-Provides a texture in both 4096x4096px & 2048x2048px for both colors.
-Installation instructions are provided in the readme.

Hi,
This is an opensource release. You can use this car for your models.
This version is to encourage modders to develop good cars. Especially in the level of details. 
use several level of details in your mod and separate both files with editing.(police.yft and police_hi.yft). No importing both files in zmod for editing. Because you will lose your L0.
 
 Support the developers and give the proper credits. Cars without the proper credits will get you banned.

Welcome to Traffic Policer! This script modification for LSPDFR greatly enhances not only traffic policing, but policing in general. It sports various major features that will make your shift as a police officer much more realistic, and, above all, fun!

Firstly, you need the original Crown Vic from here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/1999-ford-crown-victoria-police
Now, there isn't a lot to do to get the new textures, all you have to do is:

Run OpenIV and enable Edit Mode. Now all you need to do is navigate to the location of your Crown Victoria and enter the YTD File. When you've done that, simply click on one of the old skins and click "Replace", navigate to the new Highway Patrol skin and then double click on it, and vuala! Enjoy the new Highway Patrol skins!

to install : 
1. install the cvpi : http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8287-added-emergency-vehicles-by-dbock-ft-the-cvpi/
2.open the crown.ydt (you can also replace the cvpi with the normal stanier you only need to rename the crown files to "police") so if you have replace the cvpi then open police.ytd
3. click on "CVPI template (1) and then click on replace, so now you take my texture. 
for the sheriff skin you follow the same instructions but rename the crown files to sheriff.
