    Ah, first time i've seen a Windows 8 user get this issue, Still, it can be fixed with the link i provided =)

    I'm guessing you're running Windows 10? It's a common error many people get, it can fixed by downloading and installing this - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
