Emergency Lighting System V brings one of the most popular modifications ever created for a GTA title (ELS-IV) to Grand Theft Auto V. ELS-V will add a whole new dimension to  your patrols. With a fresh look and many more features than its predecessor, it's also sure to brighten up your game and satisfy the emergency lighting enthusiast in anyone.
 
DESCRIPTION
− ELS provides an alternate and incredibly in-depth way of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds.
− ELS requires vehicle models specifically designed to make use of its features.
− ELS includes over 200 unique lighting patterns scattered across 4 light groups and lighting formats.
 
NOTES
− Please consult the ELS USER GUIDE and other provided documentation prior to using ELS.
− As of V1.00 ELS is not compatible with any form of multiplayer.
− A visual enhancement mod is recommended to improve the appearance of ELS lights in game.
 
BASIC INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.
− Using script modifications in GTA Online can result in a temporary or permanent ban from the service.
− 1. Place ELS.asi, ELS.ini, the ELS folder, and  AdvancedHookV.dll inside your main GTA V game directory.
− 2. Download and install (a) pro-ELS vehicle model(s).
− 3. Start your game.
 
CREDITS
− ELS is coded by Lt.Caine.
− AdvancedHookV and vehicle damage feature coded by LMS.
− ELS-V testing team (alphabetical order): Albo1125, BxBugs123, GravelRoadCop, PoliceWag, and Prophet.

This is a text file i compiled a while back and keep updating from time to time.
It lists all the sirens used on the vanilla police cars, which direction they face, and color. This should help any beginners or experts alike.
As i learn more, ill update this so everyone can know.

This is a part that I decided to do a public release to the community. I modeled this bar back a while ago on request of a friend. It sat on my hard drive for a while and I figured it would get good use here. Please read the credits as it has some information for you.
 
*Note* This bar has been fully converted and ready for game use. All that is left is LOD's, Compounding, and to be set up for default lighting.

Bugs:
Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Notes:
Model is over 80,000. This is mostly due to the interior. Stock plates are removable. Just delete the plates in polygon mode by material selecting "vehicle_genericmud_car" material DO NOT USE POLICE2's HANDLING LINE! Unlocked for developmental usage, give credits as always As accurate as possible to the 2015 model year Updates might come in the near future

Just when you thought it wasn't close enough to Christmas ,guess again. Here is a Christmas tree lightbar for you modders out there to enjoy and to make your Christmas packs. Here I am back from a long hiatus and thought I'd finish up the Impala as best as I can and release it to you guys to enjoy. The Charger will be done soon. After the Charger I will be focusing on my LCPD Valor Pack port development. Anyways here is the Impala finally. Enjoy.

If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police3. Also remember that if the vehicle does not use siren setting 1, the car will not 
work as I have designed it!
 
INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS
================================
To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where i have found the most success in them working.
 
To install the vehicles meta file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Or the spot you put your metas in. Simply copy over this line over the existing police3 line.
 
When available, install the carcols here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data
 
PACK NOTES
=================================
-These utilities have been a very long time in the making, they have taken almost 3 months to create, 
from crunching the base model, to putting the vehicles together. 
 
- These vehicles are quite large in file size, so i apologize if they are very hard on your computer!
 
- Because I didn't feel like compacting the vehicle into a slicktop and marked, there are two cars in this pack
 
- There are multiple extras on each vehicle, allowing for you to customize each vehicle to your liking.
 
- There will be version of this pack where you are able to install them as .OIVs, simplifing the install process
 
- There will also be a version of each vehicle using a specific carcols from Windows446 that will have a completely different
flash pattern. This will be a later update to this pack.
 
- If there are any questions i havent put below, please feel free to post in the comments section!
 
- There may be a few bugs with the models, which if you find, feel free to post in the comment section and ill try my best to fix them!

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or, Install my emissive bits into your visual settings,
or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.
 
Q: Why don't the lights work properly?
A: You most likely haven't set the siren settings in the carvar to 1.
 
Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? Sorry, can't help you. Yes? Then ask here.
 
Q: I don;t have Patchday10?
A: Then put the car in your latest patch day, or copy patchday10 over.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carcol?
A: I don't know, it works in my game. Make sure you have no spaces when you coppied the line. 
 
Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.
 
Q: Can I make skins for this vehicle?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.
 
Q: Does this vehicle use the same template as your other Utility/Other utilites.
A: Unfortunately no, The new FPIU is a completely different model, as such the wire frame of the body shell has changed vastly compared to my old model, 
so all current skins will just need some editing.

This Policestuff was a Desire of my Friend Lundy for his Vintage Policecars. So I create this for him and now i think it is good for all. All Parts are not over 4000 Polys. The Archive have seperates Folder for the Single Parts and the Files are in .obj Format so that all can import on Zmod and 3ds Max.

For all they have wishes a TwinSonic. This is a good Quality Model of the Lightbar Twin Sonic CHP with 12848 Polys. You can reduce it when you delete the Cable in the inner of Lightbar. On the Archive the Files are in .obj Format so that all can import on Zmod and 3ds Max.

This is my overworked Mars Skybolt Lightbar with B45 Can Lights. The Lightbar is a good quality Model and have complete with both Rotators 10851 Polys. You can reduce the Polycount when you use other or the original Rotator from the GTA Games (GTA 4 and 5). In the Archive are 2 Folders with Textures of Blue Glases and for Red and Blue Glases. The standard Color of the Glas is Red. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

This is the Federal Power Light CJ-184 Beacon. Its a good quality Model and have complete with Rotator 3360 Polys. You can reduce the Polycount when you use a other or the original Rotator from the GTA Games (GTA 4 and 5). In the Archive is a seperate Folder with the Texture of Blue Glas. The standard Color of the Glas is Red. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

Here is for the Friends of Adam 12 my Policelight TRIO Can Lights Model T-2 . Its look real wit the Textures and is a good quality Model and have complete 5438 Polys. In the Archive is a seperate Folder with the Texture of Amber Glas for the Rearside of the Cans. The standard Color of the Glas is Red. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

Here is a other Part for the Friends of Adam 12 my original Adam 12 Handheld Rubberized SpotLight. Its look real wit the Textures and is a good quality Model and have complete 1648 Polys. I know my Mods are not lowpoly but i dont like Mods with only lowpoly Models and with 4K Textures. I love 3D and detailed model but i dont love to high poly Models too. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

This is Spotlight for older Policecars. The spots they i have found are not good for me or to high poly. This i think is a good quality Model and have complete 3796 Polys (right and left Side). The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

This is Whelen Edge 9000 with Speaker. I think its a good quality Model and have complete (with the Polys for flashing Lights) 10297 Polys. You can use this Lightbar without the Speaker. For this delete the Speaker and the Polys under the black Glas. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

This is the Federal Signal Fireball FB 11 Beacon. I see very much Cars they use other Beacons from me (and other) for Detective Cars and it pissed me a on when it is the wrong Light. So i have made this that the People can use the right Light now. I think its a good quality Model and have complete 8k Polys. You can use this on the Roof or on Dash with the Extra. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

This 1978 Plymouth Fury Police is one of the rarest Cars that it gives and one of the coolest Vintage Policecars. This is the first 1978 Plymouth Fury Police for any Gta Game.
