u need an asi loader gTA IV - Asi loader installed: False GTA IV - Asi loader: GTA IV - Asi loader valid: False check for dsound.dll or xlive in main game directory u cant use both but it will work with either or good luck yes i didnt see the scripthook either when u install lcpdfr make sure u have all the boxes checked off

disable the read only part of the vehicles ide, by right clicking on file then properties then uncheck read only than try to add +livery again then just save that's it. do not change name just uncheck read only for any file u plan to edit that's it
