    I managed to get the whole thing working again all i did was reinstall everything for like the 4th time and for somereason it now works. But all my save games are gone ( i dont really care) But now my f4 wont open console. I know this is a current issue for alot of people so im not too worried.

    Geezo thanks for this. I have read this earlier on in the day and you giving it to me saved me searching for it again, It now works thanks so much.
    For some reason all that worked was one of the same things that i have done about 4 times but it happened a little bit differently As i use steam i went to where the game files for steam goes and deleted gta 5 and then dragged over my backup of gta 5. Normally steam recognizes those new files as the gta 5 game. However this time it said wait you need to dwnload gta 5 to your computer. So i did that but during the first 20 seconds of the 60 something GB download it released those new gta 5 files and it did a 700MB download instead and now its been working since. .
