I completely agree. There is so much conspiracy with the R* and modding community that I think I need a tinfoil hat! From what I've heard the patch is great and removes the stuttering issue for most people. Can't wait to try it.

What the hell are you talking about? Of course an update is going to disable modifications, duh. The whole executable changes (usually) and therefore memory hooks will stop working until they are updated.
As far as I can tell, the debug/junk code that was introduced in the last update has been removed in this update, which will actually help the modding community. The natives have also remained the same. It shouldn't be too long until we see the ScriptHooks updated for the new binary.

1. This same thing occurred every time a patch for GTA 4 came out. It isn't new. Patch comes out, breaks scripts. Scripts are updated. Rinse, repeat. 
2. R* never said they support mods. In fact, they say that they are unsupported and will break - this does not mean they are actively against them. This isn't new.
3. They aren't deliberately targeting mods.
4. Games get a lot of patches over time. Get used to it - back up your .exe and update files if you don't want to wait for the scripts to be updated. 
5. Yeah, waiting a day is going to be the "Downfall" of mods. LOL

Scripthook is already updated. We're just waiting on RAGE now.
