    en fait dans le .ini "RagePluginHook" situé dans le répertoire du jeu (là ou vous glissez vos fichiers!)
    j'avais tout simplement pas toutes les lignes de commandes... donc notamment pour ouvrir la console , voilà ce qui a débloqué ma situation , en espérant que ça puisse aider:
    j'ai donc rajouter ceci: (sans les guillemets)

    ConsoleKey=F4
    AlwaysShowConsoleOutput=False
