    Define max settings, because I don't believe you. I'm sorry but a 500 dollar computer isn't going to play GTA5 on 'max settings'. Are you playing at 4k resolution, 8xMSAA, 16x Anisotropic Filtering and all settings maxxed out? People like to toss around 'max settings' with GTA5 but on true maximum settings it can bring the beefiest computer to its knees.

    Rockstar should adapt like Wildcard Studios, makers of Ark Survival evolved. They released their dev kit with entire source code and this game can be played single player, on official servers (unmodded) or on private unofficial servers, mods allowed. There's no reason everyone can't win. Rockstar is just too cheap to host their own servers. If they'd do that, all of this would sort itself. Just my 2 cents.
