I've always wanted to make my own pack, here it is... yes textures arent 4k, I dont have photoshop, the files are done in paint.net but I'm getting packs out.
I've once again made a custom patch for Fire/Emt.

installation instructions:
install all files from the EMT files folder to SUP folder:

install all files from the FIRE files folder to SUP folder:

install files from the FIRE files folder> =IN EUP FOLDER= to:

install all files from the FIRE files folder to sup_componentpeds_p folder:

you do not need to install the file in =MPHEIST4 dlc= it was a placeholder for using a new file while you have your gear on.

I made a SAFR EUP pack and wanted to make an equivalent Civilian pack to go with it to wear while off duty.
this is SP only, I will consider a FiveM version of this later on.
and since a bunch of people use Under Amour on their clothing, I went with Champion.

I haven't seen a lot of Game Warden "packs" here so I thought I would make one...  
I chose Florida Wildlife Commission as my background for the patch and decided to make a 'lore friendly' version of it and use on this pack.

I saw a med flight thing when searching one day on google for inspiration for truck paint jobs and came across on, I really like so I did my best to interpret that and made my own.

Texas pack I did over a year ago for someone, found it in a folder, I've got no use for it, maybe someone else does..  the archive contains the YTD file for TheHurks 2017 CHP pack, (Vehicles files not included)  the skins are for trooper, sheriff and police..
This is a FINAL version, yes there are bugs on the paint for some vehicles, like the 2013 charger only because the template I used was rather crappy.. there will be no support offered, no updates. Use as you like, you have permission to use on FiveM **however** Id check with the TheHurk and make sure you have permission from him or anyone who has a car of the same model year and template..

readme, files and pic are all in the zip
I did rename the current car as pranger.ytf,  pranger+hi.ytf, pranger.ytd and pranger+hi.ytd and successfully worked in game.
