Turns FIBsec_01 into the FBI. Im trying to give the outfit a more classic San Andreas style feel, you know the 90s. Anyways, so far i have added "FBI" logos along with a better coat texture to the outfit. Right now this is mainly targeted at the windbreaker and not the vest due to size problems, however i am working to fix this and the vest still has FBI logos
