- Over View -
    These Iowa State Trooper skins were based off of BxBugs123's 2014 Dodge Charger Pursuit.
    They may or may not work on other Dodge Charger Vehichles, TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- Install - 
    Open the "Install" folder.
    Open "OpenIV"
    Go to "mods","update","x64","dlcpacks","patchday5ng","x64",
        (continued) - "levels","gta5","vehicles.rpf","police2.ytd".
    Open "police2.ytd" in edit mode.
    Find an existing skin and "replace" it.
            OR
    "Import" the skin itself. (I could not get this to work.)
(If you are not installing on the vehicle it is designed for -
- then do the same steps but where you installed that vehicle.)
- Included - 
    Iowa State Trooper Skin "White"
    Iowa State Trooper Skin "Gray"
    (If there are any other skin colors you want make it yourself.)
- Creating Your Own -
    Install "Gimp"
    Open the "Create" folder.
    Open either of the ".xcf" files.
    Edit away :)

- Over View -
    These Iowa State Trooper skins were based off of LVPDFAN's 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility.
    They may or may not work on other FPIU Vehicles, TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I could not get the license
    plates to work on this model. Feel free to fix it if you know how!
- Install - 
    Open the "Install" folder.
    Open "OpenIV"
