    1.Use Open IV to replace the files.
    2.Go to 
    update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
    and replace police2.yft, police2_hi.yft, police2.ytd and police2+hi.ytd
