Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

Some DEV parts I've made since 2016, some of it's not the best and others I think are pretty good. Take what you want, it's OBJ format so you're welcome to convert to IV or other games of your choice. Console don't have to be for what I named them, use them in other cars if you want I just modeled them for that car at the time of making. Some of the stuff is high poly and other are low poly so my bad on that. None are textured so you will have to texture them yourself, I haven't touched any of this since i modeled it so I was to lazy to do it on my own. I figured I wouldn't let it sit here and I should be nice.

This is a Jefferson inspired BCSO mega texture pack which includes 4k quality textures for the 16 FPIU, 16 Tahoe, 16 Charger, 13 Tahoe, 13 FPIS, 13 Silverado and the 13 CVPI. These textures are all created from scratch with hand-crafted decals in high quality.
 
NOTES
- Multiple livery support included.

INSTALLATION
- Relevant vehicle models must be installed first prior to installing these textures.
- OpenIV software is required to install these textures.
- It is recommended that you use a mods folder in order to keep the original game files. OpenIV will allow you to do this.

So here's a two-pack of WSP inspired patrol cars for y'all. Are they entirely accurate? No, they aren't meant to be. These two have nice cruise lights, and a pretty lighting pattern, soooo suck it up.
 
Known bugs are non-breaking glass, and I'm sure about a million others. Have fun finding them.
 
BTW. Huge thanks to Slendis on this one. I pushed this out over a fairly short period of time thanks to him and a bunch of others who I'm not gonna bother listing off because, well, I did already. In the credits.

glass doesn't break ( I have no clue why this is, I've followed every tutorial on the planet about this. Not really sure if it is my zmod or something. If you can't deal with this issue please don't download) Nothing other than that which is major (hopefully (lemme know) there aren't anymore)

The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. Hi there. So this is a mini pack of two 2014 FPIUs for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police Department of New York/Connecticut. They have jurisdiction over the entire state of New York, patrolling and protecting specifically the trains and subways and transit hubs of the state, as well as parts of Connecticut. It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.

This pack takes advantage of pretty much every single ELS feature available including; Alley lighting, working takedowns, working cruise lights, un-synchronized lighting, and many many more.

This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns.  The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything,  just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

- 2015 Tahoe (Patrol & K9)
- 2013 FPIU (Patrol, Unmarked & K9)
 
PLEASE NOTE 
-  The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits. 
-  If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:
- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.
 
OTHER INFO/SUPPORT:
ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances.  If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect. If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix. Please do not rate the file down for matters of complete opinion. E.g. 'I don't like lighting patterns 3/5'.

Hi there folks. So this is my Los Santos EMS Paramedic pack consisting of just two vehicles. The graphics/liveries are based off of Montreal and Urgence Sante which is french, and this was originally going to be a part of my French Canadian pack so all of the words and stuff are in French, but I translated Los Santos into french so it is technically Los Santos just a different language. Anyway enjoy these, my first pack with no CVPI!

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis
