    Description of the Skins:
    Grey primary paint job with a faded American Flag on both sides.
    Both front doors have a "San Andreas State Police Department" sign.
    Fenders and Rear bumper have "STATE POLICE" text.
    Current Skins Included:
    Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor MX7000 Light bar by F5544 2015 Dodge Charger RT Police by KAMELKFB Installation:
    Unzip or extract the skins Using OpenIV, turn on "Edit Mode", then locate "vehicles.rpf" in the directory "x64e.rpf\levels\gta5 or "\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5" and "update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5" Find and open your police car files EX: "police.ytd" or "police2.ytd" (OPEN YTD EXTENSIONS) Find and click "policenew_sign_1" (for Charger or "police2.ytd") and "cvpi_sign_1" (for CVPI Mx7000 or "police.ytd" replace all skins in the directory for the CVPI to replace all liveries) Locate then click the "Replace" icon and choose the corresponding skin from the directory you extracted it from Click "Save" in the Texture Viewer window. You may now close OpenIV and start your game.
