loller744 got a reaction from PrivateGuy221 in Some Minor problems and bugs with LSPDFRIm just making this new topic to inform the mod makers about some bugs i've had (Many may have been posted before). But firstly i'd like to say that this mod is amazing and keep up the good work.
1. Arresting while in pursuit. This bug is known well but i might aswell put it here. So i was chasing a guy and he got stuck running against a fence, I started spamming E while aiming but nothing happens, he just wont give up. Then one NPC cop comes there and BAM he was arrested, I just feel this is kind of a weird bug.
2. Another arresting bug that many might know. So after the NPC cops arrest a guy and have no police vehicle near by they just walk away and leave the criminal to run away. After that I once again try to arrest the guy but nothing happens.
3. The classical "Gets stuck in animation bug" while arresting (usually solved by pushing them a little).
4. No tazer on cops. This is not a bug to be honest but more of a suggestion. Because of these arresting bugs (the criminals keep running no matter what) I would love a tazer implemented to the police loadout. And yes i do know i can spawn one in with a trainer but im not always using one
Thank you for reading and sorry for the overly long post

loller744 reacted to OfficerSquare in Resisting Arrest Mechanism HelpWhen you attempt to arrest a suspect and they flee, is there any other way for them to comply other than calling an AI to arrest them? This is kind of frustrating, since I can't make arrests unless I call an AI to do it for me.

loller744 reacted to Sam in LSPDFR 0.2 Delay Update - 13 JulyTo follow on from the previous update I posted yesterday, we're still hard at work preparing LSPDFR 0.2 for release. At this time, it would appear that all issues caused by the latest update to GTA V have been resolved. Indeed, I spoke of the problem and its solution in more detail in the previous update regarding 0.2.
Unfortunately we're still experiencing issues with LSPDFR 0.2 which appear to be unrelated to the recent update and more of a problem with the modification itself. These are in the form of script crashes that some, but not all, have encountered during pursuit testing and this is something we've been looking in to. Unfortunately this seems to be quite a tricky problem to find as different users are experiencing different results. Nonetheless, I'm hopeful that we'll find the problem and resolve it relatively soon.
While LMS has been hard at work debugging most of our issues (both the ones caused by Rockstar's protections and ones of our own making), I've taken advantage of the extra time to add more polish to LSPDFR 0.2, and even introduce a new feature which I know will be very popular. To complement the police computer in a vehicle, here's a sneak peek of the equivalent system on foot:
Bear with us as we work this out. I guarantee you that LSPDFR 0.2 won't disappoint.
