This will probably reveal my identity to so much people who remember the GTA IV days but anywayyyy, Decided to create (or relaunch for those cheeky people in the know) a YouTube Channel. I currently don't have a headset which didn't help so I couldn't do commentary, I know it's not the best of best but yeah it's my first ever GTA V LSPDFR video, cut me some slack :P (hopefully no one remembers the original channel and my 10FPS max setup)

I know you specifically said "brand new" however I can attest to this as I have done it, on ebay if you look into it there are some great refurbished ex office pcs like dell optiplexs. As these were all office machines you can usually find ones with early to mid model i7s and i5s with 8gb ram ad big hard drives. They usually go for around 200-300 AUD. Once you buy one, you can buy a Graphics Card such as a 1050TI. To sum it up my machine is a Acer S680G with a i7-870, 8gb RAM and 1TB HDD, it cost me 200 AUD, I then put a low profile 1050Ti in it which was 220 AUD, all up the total cost was 440 AUD. Yes sure, first gen i7 and could probably have more RAM and HDD but it does leave you with expansion options and the possibility of SSDs and Recasing. I will eventually upgrade the CPU, RAM and HDD and get a new motherboard and recase it but for now it does the job, I can play GTA V at 60-70FPS on High.

Ah cheers! Anyway, Los Santos City Police recently got rid of their Hilux (sent it to Paleto Bay) and in place got an iLoad!

Just a bit of a question relating to the 'iLoad', is there actually a way to put people in the back of the proper prisoner compartment? or is that still a bug/w.i.p? Thank you!
