I watch NB's channel all the time, and I noticed the last 2 epicodes he has new call outs for example it says gang activity pleaese go investicate, and his says lcpdfr beta 1 like the 1 in the download link. Is it like a special one that hasent been releaesed or something?

unfortunately no it isnt the car. In the picture u see it has a rambar/ or pushbar that is different from the video and it has different lights in the grill :(

This one is different and the one in the link you gave me has a different rambar and lights in grill. I think it may be from gtapolice mods.com but I would like to know the name of it.
