    Well I removed all my commandlines, mods and scripts other than "-availablevidmem 9.0" because without it my will have a infinite loading screen. anyway I Uninstalled GTA IV and LCPDFR and deleted any leftover folders i could find, than ran Piriform CC Cleaner and currently reinstalling GTA IV. I will let you know when I get done and tell you the results. Wish me luck!
