    Road block This was discusses before, and the developers decided against it as it isn't used in real life as the risk of injury is very high.

    Police ID check on people who you think is suspicious You can do this during a traffic stop, however I think you should be able to do it over the radio whilst on foot.

    more Police car pursuit If you want a pursuit, keep pressing shift whilst behind a vehicle. That way you keep cancelling the traffic stop and in the end it turns into a pursuit.

    more realistic dispatcher or radio sound I'm not to fussed about this one....
