  1. @LostBoyLazarus I'm having a same issue as the OP, and I believe the screenshot OP posted isn't really related to the issue. To rephrase the issue, "When going on duty as Sheriff/BCSO, some LSPDFR functions stop working.", with known symptoms of 1) some keybinds not responding ('shift' key doesn't initiate traffic stop, and 'y' key doesn't accept callout...), 2) LSPDFR pause menu tab fails to load properly, and only showing vanilla character menu (with stats of story characters), 3) Can't enter/access police stations. I searched around a bit and found few posts having a similar issue:
  2. Probably because the issue isn't universal, and because as most LSPDFR users use multiple mods alongside main mod it's really difficult to track down the exact cause. It seems like this bug effect small groups of people, (otherwise I'd expected whole bunch of posts talking about it) which would suggest the cause is more of an issue with additional plguins/scripts/mods (or combination of those) rather than core LSPDFR scripts.
  3. I tried LSPD just to confirm LSPDFR works as intended. Here's log with going on duty as BCSO directly: After going on duty as BCSO, the issue reoccurred, and when I used forceduty command, it returned my character as off-duty. Following forceduty command caused crash. (Foreign language in Exception message read something like: "Thread is either in operation or has been terminated. Cannot restart. ") I skimmed through the log, and there seems to be some issue with Computer+ plugin. So I removed it and tried again. Unfortunately the issue still occurred when going on duty as BCSO, but this time, forceduty command crashed entire LSPDFR, so I reloaded LSDPFR plugin. After successfully loading LSPDFR, and issued another forceduty command, I was able to go on duty as BCSO with everything functioning. I tired again just in case, and same thing happened. Issue occurs, forceduty crashes LSPDFR, and I was only able to go on duty as BCSO after reloading crashed LSPDFR and then using forceduty command.
  4. Here's my log. I've put few reference line in RPH console: "====lspdfr_loaded====" - when the game/lspdfr is loaded "====going_on_duty====" - just before going on duty "====on_duty_lspd====" - successfully loaded as LSPD officer (at this point everything works as intended) "====switching_to_bcso====" - entered police station and chosen 'BCSO' in police locker (the issue seems to happen at this point, with LSPDFR pause menu getting messed up, unable to initiate traffic and accept callouts) "====attempting_traffic_stop====" - tried to pull over by pressing shift key multiple times, with no avail.
  5. Did you install EUP? You'll need it for MP ped model (your custom character), otherwise you could use preset characters.
  6. What department were you playing on? I got some similar, yet strange issue with sheriff department only, with 'shift' key doesn't start traffic stops or 'y' key doesn't accept callouts (with other plugins for LSPDFR work as intended). For whatever reason, "LSPDFR" tab in pause menu is also disabled and replaced with original GTA5 menu when go on duty with sheriff department. Other department just works fine, and I haven't been able to track down the issue. I've searched around, and found some people had similar issue in the linked thread below, but it seems no clear solution was found.
  7. What plugins/callouts do you use? I did encountered similar issue yesterday, with every arrest made by AI officer leading to crash. I'm trying to pinpoint the issue, and it seems clean installments of LSPDFR 0.3 without any plugins and callouts seems to have no issues at all.
  8. I'm not sure what I've been doing wrong, but I have trouble applying this mod. I replaced dispatch.meta with OpenIV, and installed OpenIV.asi as well. (This seems to be the one blocks the online feature, and probably the cause of the problem, but I cannot remove it, since it will just crash the game on startup.) Whenever I try to load the game, it says 'Activation Required' or something like, and it always forces me back to windows. I tried to load the game in steam offline mod with no avail. Did I miss something? Any insight would be appreciated.
