Bump, anyone know how to walk in first person?...

I did some first person work and it was so immersive felt like I was in the game, the only things I would change is the FOV and being able to walk at a slower pace than jogging Anyone know/use some good mods for that?

That's what I thought. So is it safe to say that with the release of the API we'll see a lot more mods being pumped out by the community? Call outs, tools, features etc. I know FinKone was really looking forward to this lol

I know it has to do with other people making mods using LSPDFR's info, I think. Can anyone explain it more in depth than that?

They could just give an update on the site/forums... "Reminder, tomorrow _____ update is being released. If you want to be able to play LSPDFR, do not update." I have no doubt that they're working their ass off to fix it, I'm just saying in my opinion it'd probably be better to release before updates rather than after.

I'm not grilling you guys (the devs) or anything, I appreciate everything you do for us, thank you! With that said, I honestly think you guys should push new versions before major GTA online patches because they obviously break everything every time, even if it means a smaller patch that's still better in my opinion. Why wait to do it after a GTA patch when you know it's going to break everything.

What I mean is why update ragehook and lspdfr to work with the latest versions of GTA when Rockstar is constantly making it harder and harder for mods to work? Wouldn't it make more sense to stick to one version of GTA and develop on that? And that way the people who want to play LSPDFR can either have a separate version of GTA for their LSPDFR or they can block GTA from updating. Because I'm pretty sure almost everyone here would be ok with not playing GTA online if they had to choose between that and LSPDFR/mods

Ok tried the new version, looks much better! Doesn't fix what I was complaining about but as sam mentioned that's more of a model problem and not something that's fixable for now. Great job though I like the new corona, didn't like the starburst much.

Yeah that's pretty much what I've been seeing, that sucks. Do you think that would be able to be modified once modders can make custom models? This is why I think the unmarked cruiser is the best police vehicle in the game, the lights all work realistically even the front windshield

Ok just tried that, and although the starburst is gone (thank god) it still doesn't glow EVENLY like your picture What I mean is, if this is your light bar [---------------------] it all glows in your picture, while mine will show parts of it lit up but not giving off any glow, just a blue/red color. Does that make sense?

I did use drunk police's mod and it looks nothing like that, instead of the nice even glow you have in your picture, it's more like a mess of starburst flares that are not evenly distributed on the lightbar

How come LED light bars are so bad looking in this game? I even installed the Corona mod and it still looks bad. The small light modules in the back and on the grill are fine, but the long lightbar on the top is just not glowing like it should..
