I use Siren Mastery what are the files? SIREN_PA20A, SIREN_2, POLICE_WARNING, AMBULANCE_WARNING
 

This replaces the default Pistol, Combat Pistol, Taser, Carbine Rifle, Pump Shotgun, and SMG animations with tactical ones and includes new idle and running animations. The magazine sizes for Pistol and Combat Pistol increased to 17. The pump shotgun shell slot was decreased from 8 to 5. This edited meta also changes specific rifle firing modes, including the Carbine full auto to semi-auto. You can use both the ADS and tactical grip within this modification. This modification also changes the flashlight distance, including the attachments, allowing the light to bounce and illuminate more accurately. You can now fire rifles, submachine guns, and pump-action shotguns while inside vehicles. The modification corrects the behavior of the NPCs, preventing them from attacking or fleeing when the fire extinguisher is used.
 
I suggest using the first-person flashlight texture if you prefer having the flashlight centered, as the game has an issue lining up the flashlight with the reticle.
 
Known Bugs

Flashlights Do Not Line Up With Reticle (If Running Third Person Flashlight Overhaul Texture)
 
The modified weapon metadata was configured and tested for use with custom weapons in GTA 5. Using unmodified "vanilla" weapons may result in compatibility problems.
 
Backup your files!

1)

Drag and drop weaponanimations.meta, weaponcomponents.meta, and weapons.meta from this download in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai

2)

Additionally, you may install Flashlight Overhaul's flashlight texture in update/update.rpf/x64/textures/graphics.ytd

3)

Lastly, you will need to disable Flashlight Override in the lspdfr.ini - to do this set Ambient.DisablePlayerFlashlightOverride = true to false

Modification credits:
I take no credit for making these meta files but rather for compiling them together so we can use the flashlight overhaul, rate of fire, tactical grip, and fire extinguisher fix modifications together. My edited version of the weapon meta contains animations for weapons such as the Pump Shotgun, SMG, and taser that are not included in the tactical grip modification. Most of these modifications require you to edit the meta files yourself, so I decided to do it for you. Enjoy! ~ Joe C Wilson.

Finally decided to release something publicly. This is a fictional vehicle based off of the Paramus Police department.
Special thanks to DJCave for creating the livery, Jumperman09 for helping with the pattern, and Cartres for beta testing.

To install this model, all you have to do is just put it in 
Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday9>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
To install the CarVariations line, all you have to do is go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data
Add what i put in the carvar.txt to the end of your carvariations.
If you dont have patch day 9 in your mods folder, then just copy it from the base files

-The skin on this model is simply a placeholder for something to release with.
-The model uses the same template as F5544's 15 charger, so it should be compatible 
with every skin released for his charger.
-To remove the ambers from the vehicle, all you have to do is open the .ytd and replace emerglights.png
-I have attempted to make it so that AI vehicles spawn with a lightbar, but its not perfect
-All the files you need for installing the vehicle, reskinning it, etc... are in the 
extras folder.
-The instructions for installing this vehicle in another slot are included in the extras 
folder.

With the file now downloaded, simply replace the standard Predator Police Boat with all 3 files located here using OpenIV into the latest Patchday Folder (update\x64\dlcpacks)
 
Then open up each file, one at a time HANDLING.META and VEHICLES.META, and replace with the information located in each xml file.
 
Once that is all complete, you are set.

Police Bicycle
 
This is a custom Police skin for the Scorcher, the mod also comes with a addons such as water bottles and a Police utility bag located behind the seat.

This is my first real skin and it wasn't ment to be released, but since so many people requested it, I decided to publish it. It's not based on any real life SWAT uniform, it's just my imagination. You can choose to have white or black skin as well as if you want tattoos or not. I may add a version 2.0 of this if I come up with more ideas for clothing, otherwise this ped is done. :) Feedback is greatly apreciated!
