Ok, so all I did was remove AdvancedHookInit.asi, It says it's not working properly, but my mistake was to not start the game and find out for myself.

Wow, It works now. Thank you so much for everyones help. And no willpv I didn't try it after because I thought the Diagnostics tool was always right. I can't stop playing now, thanks so much again everyone!

 And I don't know if you HAVE to close this thread yet, but I'd like to keep it until ELS works and if not I can get your guys' help

Thank you so much for your advice, I'll get on it immediatly. I'll try the ELS AdvancedHook. For the FPS boost, I'll give it a try after solving my main problem so I don't corrupt anything or tamper with my GTA IV just in case xD.
