  17. There was a template someone gave me before the bikers and ceo game updates came out and now it crashes my game. Could someone help me create a custom dlc because i want to do custom flash patterns for a model and this is far easier then going through all the game files.

    ELS VERSION For Realistic Patterns OSP Chargers: This is based off the Ohio State Highway Patrol Motor Carrier Enforcement Tahoe used to monitor and enforce semi-trucks and any vehicles that require a CDL to operate. The lighting is All red except the grill lights which are blue. I drive past these at 65MPH so i did the best i could at making it accurate. I will be coming out with a SADOT Motor Enforcement Version soon. If anyone does a showcase let me know so i can include it below. Thanks Doug1637 V1.0 Demo
