It's Matt, and I've been working on something that i hope to get some feedback on, and will release depending on everyone's opinion. 
 
The Taurus is one of my favorite vehicles, and at the moment very few people have the most recent FPI. I decided I'd take a swing at creating a model with Lccop's FPI. 
 
It features a Whelen Talon, Axixtech Commander lightbar, and HG2 Side Running Strip. 
 
The RCMP Skin was converted to fit the Taurus, but was created by the guys over at Mounties Gaming. When, and if i release it, I'll be sure to give them credit. If using their texture even while giving credit is an issue, I'll work on creating a fictional version. The model was originally created to use along with RCMP's Clan Pack 7.0, as there are no Tauruses in the pack. 
The RCMP Skin will not be released with the vehicle. The skin was just being used on the vehicle at the time. 
 
Please leave any feedback, and keep in mind it's a work in progress and I'm open to any suggestions! 
 
After seeing all the feedback, I've decided to scratch the idea of releasing it with the RCMP skin. At the moment, I'm looking into some cool markings to skin the vehicle.

Update 11/3/14:
 
As of today I've finished up a couple of things with the model and I'm working on a new livery for the vehicle that hopefully will please you guys. A few little updates are:
 
- Added Whelen Inner Edge XLP
- Fixed Template for Model (bumper)
- Added new gray color (better gray)
- Fixed lighting issues
 
At the moment I'm debating whether or not to release a version with the siderunners and one without. Please leave your feed back! 
 
I'm pushing for a release sometime this week.
