@ineseri - Have you played the first release yet or are you waiting for it just like we are? Secondly, if you've played it, can you say whether the A.I. have been improved when you call for a traffic stop? - I always thought the traffic stops in LCPDFR were a little abrupt, and sometimes the car you were pulling over was a bit too agressive. Any information would be appreciated! ;)

​I think its because the A.I. dont actually see you as an officer, more like a ped. I tried the Dehan mod, and although its a good effort by a single person, it doesn't really serve its purpose. I welcome his/hers? attempts but, i think i'll stick to what i know best...The LSPDFR team for anything Police related...;)

​I had a major issue just yesterday... The game was running just as i wanted; no mods as such just the Native Trainer and New Scripthook. Anyway, i had to setup ReShade again and it caused the game to not start and i'd not made backups of the originals! ):( - And being the retail disc version, there wasn't the option to verify the game files like in Steam! I have to reinstall the whole game (1hr50mins) - Then i had to download upto 6gb of updates!!! - All-in-all it took about 4hrs to put the game as it was!!! ): Anyway, i've made a backup this time...

​So would the development team test this for compatibility, or develop the files needed for ReShade to work...? OR..., maybe Sam and the rest of the crew can edit the code themselves to make it appear more like ReShade is being used...? - I just hate seeing that brownish tint being used over and over again with games, why do developers think this is right is beyond me??? :( ​I can play it without it but, with my altered version, the difference is staggering :) - Makes it look more realistic and not cartoony...

So is LSPDFR not compatible with ReShade(SweetFX)...? - I hope it is because the game looks amazing when i'm using my version! - Also, the police lights are brilliant, which means no need for any ELS addons messing the installation up and possible instability.

​Yes exactly!...Plus its obviously benn tested before the package is released so in theory, it has a better chance of being installed as it should be automatically...

​Well, i was thinking of whether i should bother at all to install the plugin now, and wait for LSPDFR to be released first...?

I was just wondering... Has RockStar ever contacted the development team behind LCPDFR or LSPDFR...? - I wonder what they think about their game being modded in such a way and whether they have ever thought about producing a different version themselves...? ...Thoughts?

I've just been reviewing this thread topic and I must say, if people were doing the same thing on the Codemasters F1 Discussion forum, half the members would've been banned! lol ;). From my statement, you've most likely guessed i'm a big F1 fan and of the series of titles from Codemasters. However, as with many others, I have many interests which equal it...such as Law Enforcement; I dare say though, if it wasn't for the development of LCPDFR back on the old GTA IV, then I doubt the game would've been so popular as it became...and for that we have to applaud Rockstar for bringing the series to PC!. You only have to look at the vast amount of mods available for the GTA series, and I think its these mods that have ensured the franchises success... Anyway, I am as eager as anyone to play the New LSPDFR modification, living out my virtual dreams of being an officer of the law ;)...Let's just hope the release is sooner rather than later! :) Can anyone reply to my question about the possible download of the RAGEhook plugin...I still can't access the download on the website. THX!

Firstly, let me introduce myself... I have been a member of this website/forum for some time now, and although I have never posted anything up until this time, I have been a regular visitor and have been viewing the many threads/posts. As far as GTA IV is concerned though and LCPDFR, I have had many, many hours playing away doing what I dreamt of doing since my mid-twenties, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances and health issues, I had to give my dream up of being a real Police Officer...but the creation of LCPDFR - and now with the new LSPDFR for GTA V on the horizon, it has without doubt made life just that more pleasant...sometimes you forget you're in a virtual Police world! ;) Thank you very much LC/LSPDFR team!!! :) Anyway, I'm digressing... I am eagerly awaiting LSPDFR and from what I've been viewing information wise to the new modification, I can honestly say I think we're all in for some great times! ;) I want to thank all those responsible for bringing this detailed and immersive 'product' to us - which includes all who run this forum/website, and all those involved in the development of the modifications...THANKYOU ALL! ;). Lastly, I would like for someone to help me with an issue I've been having - I am clicking on the link to the RAGEHook plugin download, but for some unknown reason, the webpage only shows half the page and I can't download the plugin. I was hoping someone could upload the plugin to a file hosting site so I can download it; Other than that, if one of the moderators can put my mind at ease and inform me that the plugin will be included with LSPDFR, then that's fine. ...One other thing..., I am noticing many members attitudes being rather rude and impatient - I think its safe to say LSPDFR will be released sometime this week, and a little patience might just work in your favour...maybe to our advantage ;) Thanks everyone! ;)
