Requires the Buffalo S Vehicle Mod

Installation : 
Make sure you have the Vehicle installed above.
Make sure you have backed up the files which are going to be replaced (Optional but recommended)
Navigate to GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Click on 'Edit Mode' on OpenIV
Drop the files
Rebuild the .rpf
 

Requires the Police Radio Mod

This modifications purpose is to replace the default radio in the Police Radio mod to a Motorola APX, You can find the mod here : http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7866-coroner-tackle-suspect-tow-plate-checker-pit-request-barrier-police-radio-early-version/
 
INSTALL: 
Go to Plugins/Police Radio/GUIRelated and drop the files there and replace.
 
Note: It may be out of place since I had to work with the exact dimensions with the old radio.
