Recently, I've been curious and searched "Driving Under The Influence On A Bicycle". In my search I found stories of individuals being arrested for "Driving Under the Influence" on a bicycle. Now, I was confused on this because a bicycle technically wouldn't be considered a "motor vehicle". One of my searches came up with information that stated "Driving Under the Influence on a bicycle has equal consequences as operating a motor vehicle while under the influence". I see why they would do that, and since so many vehicles are like that I tend to prefer vehicles with a different texture.

Many of the police vehicles I've seen use the Black & White texture, where they have white in the middle and black on the front and back. I've seen it in many of the local agencies and everywhere else, and I'm wondering why this style is used so much?

Would that allow me to select the part that only needs to be selected?

I'm trying to create the modern livery for the Wisconsin State Patrol Crown Victoria, but I can't select the part of the template that needs to be colored while using GIMP without either selecting everything or taking multiple hours selecting every tiny pixel. Is there any other program that is better for coloring templates without costing me any money?

I found a video and it shows their lighting setup, so I think I'll be fine.

Quick question. Does anyone know what lighting setup the Alaska Bureau of Highway Patrol uses? I'm working on one, and I have no clue what lighting they use. I wasn't able to find any pictures, sorry about that.

Here's the problem. When I use the Soundoff Predator Brakelight Surround, I get problems. Either, the left half of the blue light doesn't work and the whole entire red light works, or I get a problem where they act as two steady burn lights that don't turn off.

Well it's something on my end because it doesn't want to properly work even with re-installing it.
