This is my first upload and skin made, I will be updating it in the future to add Miami-Dade County textures.

To Install:

[If you have a mods folder]
Open IV and head to [mods/x64e.rpf/level/gta5/vehicles.rpf]. Enable (editing mode) and click on (police.ytd). Then click on CVPI Template (1) and click replace. And place the file you wish for the CPVI.

[If you don't have a mods folder]
Open IV and head to [x64e.rpf/level/gta5/vehicles.rpf]. Enable (editing mode) and click on (police.ytd). Then click on CVPI Template (1) and click replace. And place the file you wish for the CPVI.
