This is the St. Louis area police pack from the 1990s. It contains St. Louis Metro PD, St. Louis County PD, Ballwin PD (West St. Louis County), and Missouri Highway Patrol. I tried to make these cars as realistic as possible. Back in the 1990s I was a St. Louis County Police explorer, so I have spent countless hours sitting in these cars. As a matter of fact, the 2 liveries you see for St. Louis County Police are the 2 cars that I spent sitting in.
