You need to install the ELS before LCPDFR

Hy! i watched both .txt file and i think you using mod what is not compatible with your GTA IV version, if not this the situation you need to reinstall the game or if you made backups use it

Hy! It's about ELS, you can save your siren lighting type, example you have primary siren E-54 and you bored switching to it you just press example Ctrl+Num 1 and automaticly set it

I think the ELS doesn't work with original cars, just with modded cars, try download an Emergency vehicles pack or delete ELS V7.0 and maybe after this works

When you download the ELS V8.0 you have 3 folders choose the "DOCUMENTATION" and in it you find a .pdf file what is called "ELS DEFAULT CONTROLS" you find everything in it

Try reintsall the ELS and the LCPDFR, first install the ELS and after the LCPDFR

What mods are you use?

Try install with SparkIV or OpenIV

Maybe you somehow turned off the GPS route in settings

When you downloaded it in the folder placed what is named "ELS"? Or you tried change the siren type with "U", "O" , "I" ?

The ELS installed before or after the LCPDFR?

the oldsessions.fr not everytime in the GTA IV main folder, but the important is now working, no problem

Hy! Delete savegame.fr and oldsession.fr from the main GTA IV directory.

No, the LCDPFR doesn't support multiplayer just if you have the correct programs etc.

Try reinstall with manual maybe that fix it

Hy, I'm not good in this but i think you need to make model,physics,damage,damage rate, skin, (if you cop car, sirens) handling,etc

You installed the LCPDFR manual or automatic?

The LCPDFR gives an error not say too much for me, send a log file from it
