2012 Unmarked Ford Taurus modified for GTAV and marked to Police version by F5544.

Handling issues seems to be most who have changed vehicle meta to fix this use vehiclesmeta provided or
Extract and Edit vehicles.meta (most likely in update.rpf -> common -> data -> levels -> gta5)
Search for <modelName>police4
Change <handlingId>FELON</handlingId> to <handlingId>POLICE</handlingId> OR USE POLICE3
Save and Reinsert with OpenIV

Model is original Driver san Fransisco, modified for GTAV and marked to Police version by F5544.
Liveries are made by DoTTGaMMa/bxbugs123 and adapted to this version by BogdanM

To install you need to replace the files police4 in x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles with the ones in the download folder ENJOY!

Well after many hours of trying to get this to work correctly its finally ready this is my version of the gta towtruck i think it should have been in the first place has a lighbar and rear facing lights to make picking up cars at night that bit more easy

This is a simple mod but for me adds more realism to the game i have always thought radio chatter was to quiet in game this simple mods fixes that
To install you will need openiv and locate x64/audio.sfx/POLICESCANNER.rpf open then replace the random_chat.awc to do this you need to hit edit mode and drag the random_chat.oac into open iv DO NOT DRAG THE FOLDER RANDOM_CHAT INTO OPENIV
this mod  is only the random radio chatter and not all police dispatch chatter  so it wont get annoying going off constantly
