Installation:
Extract the textures on your desktop then in openiv go to where you installed the car and open the .YTD (Texture Dictionary)
and with edit mode enabled find the corresponding texture (E.G. exp_sign_1) select replace in the top right corner and select the file that you downloaded
and then hit save if you don't it won't work now your done you can go ingame and check it out.
