NYPD and LCPD Light Blue Uniform Shirt Mod by NYPD98

After many hours of hard work, I present to you this mod which adds a real boost of quality and realism to GTA IV.

The light blue or powder blue uniforms were an era in themselves, adopted in 1972 and changed in 1995 by Commissioner William Bratton who felt the jelly doughnut and pizza stains on the shirts caused the public to view the Police Department in a "slovenly condition". PLEASE!

I myself wish that these uniforms were the standard of NYPD today, but like the saying goes: "All good things must come to an end".

As I state in the Install.txt along with installation instructions, I encourage you to further edit these uniforms and share them with the LCPDFR community. JUST GIVE CREDIT TO ME!

1983 Chevrolet Impala NYPD Manhattan Precinct car skins by Nypd98.

NOTE: 1. Included are 4 skins for each precinct in the New York City Police Department.
2. Made for gfxle's 1983 Chevrolet Impala Sheriff Car.
3. This project is still open, meaning if I get enough feedback, I would be willing to do other boroughs and divisions
like Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, PSA's, ESU, Aviation, Harbor and Transit Districts.
If you want any of the aforementioned division, then speak up.

Everything in the skins are original, made by myself, except the license plate which was made by lonestranger.

To Install:

Open SparkIV, find the .wtd in which you have the Chevrolet Impala by gfxle installed,
then import the 4 skins of your choice (make sure you have the +livery added in the vehicles.ide or else only one
skin will show) click save and get rollin'!

Also: Give credit to me AND Lonestranger (License Plates) if you edit these skins for public redistribution.
