    If the skin is already imported into the .wtd, then yes.

    If there are just two files in the .zip ( the .wft and .wtd) then just replace them as usual with Spark/Open and then add +livery at the end of the vehicles.ide line.

    If there is a .png skin file, install the car and then open the .wtd and then replace the texture.

    Delete one of them, if you plan on playing online then delete xlive however if you do not you delete which ever you want.

    Do you have both xlive.dll and dsound.dll in your game directory?
