I'm having trouble updating the pack to Version 2.0 on this website (Thanks Verizon DSL, you are soooooo reliable [sarcasm implied]), so if you want Version 2.0 the "Winter Update" it can be downloaded from https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/san-andreas-state-police-pack-codebooker . I will keep trying to upload it on this website, but until I can get it to go through, the link above will get you what you are looking for. Once I get it working on this website, this message will be removed.
