    Try turning MaxElsCarsAtOnce down, ClearRandAiExtras off, and cruise lights in the individual vehicle config files off.

    I was wondering if anyone would help me make a skin for my police pack I will be making so follow the steps below:
     
    1 Download TeamSpeak 3 and TeamViewer 10
     
    2 Connect to this TeamSpeak address: sj01.gameservers.com:9421
     
    3 Wait for me to get on if I'm not on or email me at OfficerTrooperFTW@gmail.com
     
    4 Then you hopefully can help me
