As a bonus I have also included textures and a carcol.meta entry to convert the red and blue light bar to an all red lighting setup to better match with its real life counterpart.

This is my Alderney State Prison bus. I have not seen anyone try and make the ASCF bus from GTA IV so I decided to make one myself.
 
As a bonus I have also included a Alderney Department of Corrections (ADOC) livery based on the New Jersey Department of Corrections (NJDOC).
