I think a handling line is important as it won't flip your car over when taking hard turns. I think.

Yes, the NYPD vehicles. In the readme files there are handling lines to put in the handling file in your GTA directory. In the .wtd there are no handling lines it;s just the models and textures I think that's how it is. There is a separate file on all handling lines in the GTA folder.

Yep, thanks. One thing I haven't installed the handling lines for the cars. Do I have to do this? Because inserting these handline lines gets confusing sometimes.

Nope, SNT is sheet. It crashes my game no matter what. Btw I fixed the vehicles spawning :D

Where I'm from everyone loves luxury cars and for a prom It's a day for us not to forget, I don't know how you people do this but we just like to make prom special and hiring cars just makes it look "lively". Also the fact I can't afford nice, sports cars and all the materialistic things, it would be nice to just simply hire a car and make me happy for once. To me that's how it is.

Prom is coming up in like 3/4 months. Everyone in school is talking about what cars they gone pull up in and me and my friends decided to share our money to hire a car. We already have a driver and all that but we can't find a good company that does cheap hiring. My other friend already has his step-dad take him in his Rolls Royce so he won't be joining us. My cousin wanted to hire me a Ferrari 458 but it's too much. My uncle on the other hand owns a restaurant and owns a Mercedes and a BMW (Forgot what make but they are really nice cars) So the budget is under £500 I guess, I just need to figure out a good car, maybe a Range Rover Evoque?

Done that. Doesn't work. I tried trainers, they suck. It will most likely crash with a trainer :/ Nothing to do with graphics as I have a good PC that can run this game.

Now I'm getting stupid issues after another issues. This time I can't even load the cars after I go on duty. I have installed only one police mod and after I try to select the vehicle my character just stands there and then I would lose textures. I also tried like 5 other police vehicles but it's just the same. This was time consuming as I have tried all solutions even setting preloadallmodels to true but this just makes my textures go all black. This problem didn't happen before as I have played LCPDFR yesterday fine without any problems after I shutdown the game. I didn't even touch the game folder so why out of the blue would this randomly happen. :/ One more damn problem and I will get off GTA IV for a while. :/

Yes, I will kinda likely to play games in the future but then when I apply for the Royal Navy I would end playing video games. I guess.
