You have to update your mods folder after an gta update.
 
You can manually do that by:
1. Delete update.rpf in the mods folder
2. copying the update.rpf from the game files to the mods folder and start adding your mods back (you have to start from the beginning/ everything in the update.rpf folder is gone since you deleted it earlier)

Surprisingly I didn't get API rate limited, so here it is:

Can you please send me your RAGEPluginHook.log file. Just wanna run it through my script and see if you have any old plugins. I'll also suggest some to remove which should improve some FPS at least.

Bit of an old post to resurrect, but can you tell me what plugins you are using and what your video settings are.

Hello, I'm new to LSPDFR so whenever I go on duty my fps drops very much. While offduty I get around 120fps with 100%GPU Usage but when I go on duty it drops to around 45-55fps with around 60% gpu usage. There is no bottleneck as the off duty gta 5 works very well and I even get 70+ fps in rdr2 with ultra high graphics

RTX 2060
R5 3500 Ryzen
16GB Ram
1.7tb storage (256gb ssd rest hdd)

You've also installed nearly all plugins in existence. 😂
I would go through them, but it is 2AM for me so it is a pass.
However, I would recommend you going through making sure they are updated for the latest LSPDFR API's.
We are on 0.4.9 at the moment. As a general rule, staying 2 behind is okay, anything older should be avoided. As such, nothing older than 0.4.7.
